Booking Instructions

- •Green tables are available for booking
- •Red tables are already booked
- •Yellow tables are reserved - please contact admin
- •Orange tables are locked (pending payment confirmation)
- •Tables with purple dashed borders are linked as Mega Tables - all tables in the group will be booked together
- •Each grid square represents 1m × 1m
- •Colored zones indicate different areas (VIP, food court, etc.)
- •Strictly no resale or scalping
- •No Shows without adequate prior notice (3 Working Days) will face $200 penalty, no refund and permanent ban from MyRepublic events/partnerships
- •Booth must be manned for the full duration of both days from 11am to 9pm
